Venom: Let There Be Carnage is much different than the first. It is about the character Eddie Brock struggling to coexist with the shape-shifting alien Venom. When serial killer Cletus Kasady shape-shifts with Carnage, also known as the red Venom, they both become out of control. Venom and Brock must put aside their differences to stop Cletus and Carnage from taking over and destroying the world.
“The movie seemed very short, and they didn’t do a lot with the fight scenes. They did a lot of unnecessary things building up to the fight scenes, and then just ruined it,” said sophomore Emmalee Hillman.
Many people like sophomore EmmaLee Hillman feel the same way about the new movie Venom: Let There Be Carnage, they feel the movie was nothing special and they could have done better.
“There is not really a message, the movie felt all over the place and not very organized,” said senior Brady Moise.
