Boys and Girls Conjoined No Longer
By: Alic Burkett Culver Community Middle/High School now has its own girls’ wrestling team. Not only are high school girls able to compete, but middle school as well. Although it may be a struggle for the younger girls to remain consistent with the older girls, the learning experience will grow their skills. “I love the fact that we have middle school ladies on the team. By: Gabi Emery For the first time in Culver volleyball history the volleyball team had won both the sectional and regional championships. Though they faced challenges, they pushed past those obstacles and claimed the court. The volleyball girls faced Triton High School in their sectional championship. They started strong and steady, ready to win. It was the first time Coach Andrea Berndt had won against Triton and the whole team was exhilarated and jumping up and down on the court after their win.
